The area was peaceful; there were no visible signs of illegal activities or disturbances. The room was clean and very spacious. Internet and cable is available. No pets are allowed. Easy access to parking and the interstate. Very affordable weekly rates if you're in need of a place to stay with nowhere else to go”

When working with an Excess insurance company refunds must be sent from the carrier back to the agency with proper documentation so we can issue the proper refund amount and remain within our legal requirements. It can take up to 6 weeks for an excess company to process a refund as they have fees paid with the state and filings they must complete for EACH policy. After careful and thorough review of every document pertaining to this file, the documents show we received the refund in question on 11/20/2019 on our carrier's statement, the refund was processed on 11/21/2019 and your refund check was mailed out on 11/22/2019. Our records show we have communicated with you on multiple occasions via phone and email since the cancel request was submitted with proper signatures. Thank you also for your feedback in regards to voicemails. We return voicemails in the order they are received provided adequate information is furnished. Manufactured housing insurance is a very unique field that Jack's specializes in and our clients are extremely important to us. However, in this unique field it can take time for document processing. “Awesome outdoor theater with a clear screen. Definitely a cool experience. Some things to note: 1. If you don’t want to keep your car radio on then you should probably bring a small radio. This avoid wasting gas or battery life. I tried to find an app to catch the local station but failed. 2. The bathrooms are small and sometimes really gross. 3. There’s nothing wrong with their food and most of it is pretty good and cheap the cleanliness of the kitchen is a little questionable. The staff is really cool though and it’s a great place to go for a date or family night.”

“Good place to stay for a reasonable price. Management is great and very responsive to any issues, questions, & concerns. Owner is on property weekly, sometimes every couple of days. Grocery and convenience stores are close by, even in walking distance as well as a laundromat. Neighbors seem pretty chill, although we've always kept to ourselves. There's also plenty of space for little ones to run around if you have kids. All-in-all it's a good place to stay both short term and long, BUT rooms go fast!”
