(February 4, 2019, 10:32 am)Care takers very nice. Laundry room needs help. Most people take good care of their property but some should be a lot better about their up keep. Property sits on hwy 98 across the street from McDonalds. Very noisy street noise and teenagers playing loud music on Friday & Saturday nights.
Price very reasonable.

They have a housekeeping that cleans the bathroom every night with bleach and others good stuff (I personally don't use them, but we have seen her cleaning the bath).
Everyone is friendly and is close to all kind of store and church.
Monthly price is descent. They also have propane gas for refill.
