Angels on Earth PPEC

Awesome clean facility everyone there is very nice and give you the feeling that they want to be there. And a plus they have Saturday hours.

The nurses Grace, Kendra, Hilda, Carlita, Evelyn, Kiara, Saron are all awesome nurses. They are kind and attentive and give you the impression that they are in it for the right reasons. It didn't take them long to learn my son's personality. They treat my son like he is theirs!! And waste no time everyday giving me report on his daily antics. He definitely keeps them on the busy on a daily basis.

Admin switched and Helen use to be my go to but she switched locations but is always just a phone call away. New admin is (Sophie) she is so helpful and attentive. And she's quick with answering questions and any concerns that you bring to her attention.

They provide transportation which is extremely helpful. My son normally has the same driver (David)he's so nice and friendly . But if you happen to get (Onyx) as your driver he's a funny guy and super nice and always friendly also. Highly highly recommend the Lakeland location. Everyone there takes great care of my son....it's only been 8months but so far so good!!!

My baby first day at this center so far she liked it . I was worried she was gonna cry a lot since she has only been to another center since she was 6 months old and she will be 3 in Aug. but she really liked it….. a little update. Words can’t express how good this center is . My daughter looks forward to going . And the staff is great even transport

This facility has an awesome group of staff that do care about our special needs children. They find creative ways for them to have fun. I’m so glad I found this place and my daughter looks forward to going there everyday.

I have had nothing but trouble from day one. From the transport aide not knowing how to read his oxygen monitor to having him buckled improperly not once but twice. There was issues with not knowing his oxygen equipment was in the center and not being fed his purées as he was supposed to. The only positive is that I was able to share my concerns with the director and they attempted to fix the problems. It still hasn’t been fixed so I am finding other care for my child.

Update: after having a meeting with the director, the issues were resolved. Any issue since the meeting has been quickly fixed. I love the fact that his therapies can be done at the center and I can call the head nurse any time and she will gladly tell me about his day. They are a great center and I’m glad I gave them a second chance.
