“I just want to say I’ve been to this Urgent Care on three different occasions and they all have been wonderful. I love how clean the place is, the kids room is cute, walking in for the first time checking in is quick, paperwork is short to the point, not long wait times at all. Dr Holly is kind, patient and is very helpful. She will answer any questions you have in a polite caring way. I love the Bible verses they have up. They are very fasting sending prescriptions. I highly recommend this place.😀”

“Awesome clean facility everyone there is very nice and give you the feeling that they want to be there. And a plus they have Saturday hours. The nurses Grace, Kendra, Hilda, Carlita, Evelyn, Kiara, Saron are all awesome nurses. They are kind and attentive and give you the impression that they are in it for the right reasons. It didn't take them long to learn my son's personality. They treat my son like he is theirs!! And waste no time everyday giving me report on his daily antics. He definitely keeps them on the busy on a daily basis. Admin switched and Helen use to be my go to but she switched locations but is always just a phone call away. New admin is (Sophie) she is so helpful and attentive. And she's quick with answering questions and any concerns that you bring to her attention. They provide transportation which is extremely helpful. My son normally has the same driver (David)he's so nice and friendly . But if you happen to get (Onyx) as your driver he's a funny guy and super nice and always friendly also. Highly highly recommend the Lakeland location. Everyone there takes great care of my son....it's only been 8months but so far so good!!!”

“Had to last minute granddaughters school physical and shots. After calling everyone else online that advertised that they do both, they don't, I called Dr Today, the scheduler was very friendly and definitely helpful was able to get the next available appointment before school started. The receptionist was a man of few words but still very pleasant. The Dr was amazing!!! She took her time, was very thorough and is a magician when it came time for her shots!!! Poor baby needed 3 but hardly flinched. Then the Dr herself went and made an ice pack so she could put it on her boo boo's!!! I definitely recommend the Dr Today location!!! Thanks guys for making my granddaughters visit a pleasurable experience for her as well as her daddy and for myself!!!”
