“Facilities: Modern and very clean. Wait time: There was no wait time. I checked in, sat down, and was called back immediately. When I got to my room and sat in the chair the doctor came in right behind me. You're sent a patient survey beforehand and you do it electronically which was really nice! I thought I would have to print out the papers and fill them in. You can even complete them from your phone. Staff: Everyone was friendly from the moment I set up my appointment, to when I was checked in, and the woman who showed me to the testing room. Dr. Kayla Wilkins is genuine and down to Earth. She listened and understood what I was describing... which I'm going to be honest, I was still hoping I was just full of ear wax... but she was so calm and understanding it was amazing. She didn't even mind my stress chatter or tons of questions. This was a way different experience than the last time I went to an Audiologist and I'm glad. I would highly recommend going here.”

“I have been dealing with severe pain for years between breaking my back in 3 places which has now developed into arthritis, previous cancer and presently a mass on my pancreas that causes extreme pain, pancreatitis and swelling! I do not like to take pain medication since I still work so Dr. Benito Torres has been helping to me to find alternative solutions. He is very patient & takes the time to listen! Yes, this may cause the schedule to run behind at times but I would rather wait knowing he will give me the same. I would rather have a doctor who takes the time to listen to you then someone who is going to rush in and rush you out! Because he has been so popular he has hired a nurse practitioner to help him so he doesn't have to take away much needed time with his patients! So if your appointment is only set up as a medication refill appointment, you may see the nurse practitioner instead but Dr. Torres always makes himself available to his patients! All I had to do is let her know I had an issue I needed to discuss with him. Since my appointment was scheduled with her, yes I had to wait a few minutes for him to finish with another patient but he did make himself available to me and did not make me feel rushed! I had issues with a implant device I tried and they worked me in right away working around my work schedule! If you want a caring, considerate doctor, then Dr. Torres is the doctor for you! Remember, there is only one of him and only so many hours in a day, so if you are really looking for help with your pain issues and not just someone who is going to tell you what you want to hear, then you will need to show patience like the rest of us! He is a great caring doctor and person! It really bothers me to see negative reviews knowing how hard Dr. Torres & his staff work to make us comfortable in these difficult times!”

Dr Knight's practice far surpasses your large facilities such as Watson Clinic, as my parents use to go to Watson Clinic. I go to Lakeland Regional for overall medical care, but they have no dermatologist, and if they did, I would not be switching.”

Dr. Knight was so nice and professional as well - the whole staff is!! I did not wait long in the lobby. I filled out my new patient paperwork and was called right back.
