“My daughter been in this school since school started this year 2017 in KG and so far it's good. Everybody is nice. Her teacher is Ms.Stephens and she is great! She's organized, she always write comments on my daughter's agenda so i am informed daily. My daughter have learned alot here! The only reason i don't give a 5 star is because twice my daughter's daycare went to pick up my daughter from school and the school office said somebody picked my daughter up and later on they noticed my daughter was still in school and another day they said she didn't went at all and again they noticed later on my daughter was in school. The office should double check before they say something because i work all the way in Tampa and i should feel comfortable my daughter is safe in that school. They need to pay more attention. That's about it!”

She has a great personality and will help you relax, take photos for you, and let you nitpick your dress without ever making you feel rushed. “I was the real estate agent in the park for four years. And I have sold in many parks but this park is the whole package. It’s clean all the residents work together and would do anything for a neighbor. They have two club houses, two heated pools, fishing pier, miniature golf, shuffle board, tennis, plus much more. It is true that they have a pet section. I have a small dog and love all animals but people sometimes forget that some people are allergic to animals. Also the lots are not huge so if you have large animals I would try buying not in a park but somewhere they could run. Most of the people who gave just one and two stars have never been in the park.ive always told all my buyers best way to find out what kind of park it is ask the people who live there. Also Oakwood Estates is very financial secure. Which a lot of resident owned parks are not! My advise do your home work before purchasing any home. Reta stead southern belle realty”
