“I love Verizon. I have been a customer for 30 years or so. There is no problem they haven't fixed. So you know if I am still there, one of the reasons is the customer service. I would rather pay a little more and get customer service that goes above and beyond. My son owns his own business and used one of the cheaper carriers. He took his girls to Georgia to look at a job. Well they got lost. He could not get a signal for GPS. He ask my granddaughter to let him see if he can get a signal for GPS on her phone and he did. (granddaughters have Verizon with me). Now he is a happy Verizon customer. If only he would have listened to his mother. lol”
