“Love the concept. Love the way toppings are set up in a sanitary way (see attached photos). Music choices are good and played an acceptable level. I liked that there are no sugar added and non-dairy frozen yogurt (fro yo) options. What I didn’t like: I was not greeted when I entered, nor during any time of my visit. Even when the cashier checked me out, she didn’t even make eye contact or speak to me. She simply rang up my amount and told me to pay. Also… there are too many separate menus scattered everywhere. Ice cream menu near the door, macaroon menu in the middle, everything else menu to the left. Separate boba menu. I felt so confused trying to figure out what menu options there were because I had to look in so many different locations to see what this store sells. Very disorganized visually.”

“In my opinion the spicy chicken was fried very hard. It looked like it was beginning to burn before they took it out the hot oil. Some of the pieces were still pink inside. For the seasoned rice it was hard like not cooked all the way. I spent $24.00 and wound up throwing it away. I've been eating there on and off since 1997 when I moved to Florida. The gentleman (Hispanic) has great customer service skills. The staff in the kitchen didn't seem to helpful as he was trying to help with questions that prior customers were asking.”

She got the chicken burrito and I got the order of flautas with 2 asada tacos. The quality of the food was great and so was the service. “Ordered a sausage, green pepper and onion the other day (around 5:30pm) and firstly the service on both the telephone and in the store was great, very personable and friendly. The pizza was delicious! It is a thin crust and there was the perfect amount of a slight bit of bite and crust to the base (it wasn't a big old soggy sock pizza!) and I almost lost a tip off my finger it was so good, which is both my opinion and that of the wife's. That will also explain the half eaten food photos as we were hungry and forgot to take beforehand, sorry. The garlic knots.... What can I say? By far THE best garlic knots I've had in a very, very long time. Cooked perfectly and they came in a foil tray which was oozing with garlic butter and plenty of crushed garlic which is just the way I like it. Bravo. The photos don't do it justice... Going back for sure 👍🏼”

“We went here for the first time after stopping by the Lakeland Mall one evening. We had never been to one of these boil-in-bag places, and thought we would give it a try. I'm so glad we did because everything was delicious, and pretty well-priced. We ended up sharing a bag with a pound of dungeness crab legs and a half pound of shrimp. It also came with sausage, potatoes and corn. We added a bag of clams as well. For the crab/shrimp bag we got the garlic butter and the Cajun seasoning and for the clams we just got the garlic butter. The seasoning were phenomenal. And while all of the seafood was tasty and cooked perfectly, the sausage was a surprise hit of the evening. We will definitely be back and next time we plan on ordering a non-boil side item like french fries to go with it, just to get us a different taste to break things up with. Overall great food. What we ordered was plenty for 2 adults who can eat a lot of seafood. Only negative was that our server was super slow when it came to refilling out water, and with the seasoning we definitely could have used a refill mid-way through. Edited to add: we went back a second time and the service was much better.”

“We tried the bacon cheeseburger and a milkshake. I wasn't sure if I'd like the sauce so I asked for it on the side, but tried it and liked it a lot, so we slathered the burger in it. My partner really liked the charred smashburger flavor and I think the Martin's roll was the perfect choice for bun. The unexpected highlight for both of us was the milkshake. We couldn't decide between the traditional flavors and the espresso, so the gentleman told us he could do an off-menu mocha. It was incredible and we fought over it even though partner had claimed he "really just wanted beer"! Add it to the menu! Our friends got the strawberry shake and the bacon/egg/cheese sandwich (breakfast served all day!!!) and loved theirs too. Thank you!”
