“During our stay in Florida, my friends and I decided to take an airboat ride. Based on my previous experience here with Captain John, we booked a return visit. Upon arrival, we learned that Captain Worm would be in charge of our boat today and he did not disappoint! Despite the season and the 90 degree temperatures, Captain Worm was still able to find us plenty of alligators (and many other animals and wildlife). This is such a fun experience that I highly recommend to everyone! We're repeat customers now and will definitely be back on out next stay in Florida! A+”

“First impression, well i must say I was a little sceptical and wasn't even sure we were at the right place. After checking in we were grouped with another family for what I would call "Gator 101" with miss Rachel. She is so knowledgeable about gators and a natural as an instructor mixing in some humor which we all enjoyed. After some mentoring we were able to handle some smaller gators with close supervision of course. After that we ventured off on an air boat with captain Joe. Super great guy and fun to be around. Joe was awesome how he interacted with us and our kids so we were all involved. He told us everything we wanted to know about the birds, turtles, bald eagles, snakes, gators and plants. If you're considering an air boat tour I highly recommend Captain Fred's. Quality memories made here. Thank you to all the caring and hilarious staff. We all had a blast, and the kids loved every minute. We'll be back!”

“We stayed at Balmoral Resort for 7 days, it was our first taste of Florida and we loved it. The Resort is very new & therefor really clean. It was also our first stay in a vacation home resort. The house we stayed in was nicer they we were expecting, it was really spacious with all mod cons. The weather in Florida was amazing, so we had many evenings out in the pool. Really enjoyed the overall experience and will be returning with the little lad in the not to distant future. Highly recommended”

“This company sure does know how to hire the most trustworthy, honest, kind, and caring people, and I am so grateful for two that helped me this past weekend. I left my brand new phone on one of their busses and figured it was gone but they called me and told me two days later they had found my phone! Enter Holly, an incredibly kind and caring woman that works for this company. She answered when I called about my phone and because I usually work during their business hours, she so kindly offered to meet me at the office and give me my phone even after hours. But she didn’t stop there, Holly offered to meet me somewhere a little closer than where the office is located so that I didn’t have to drive as far… so working out of office hours, and literally making my life a little easier, that is honestly hands down the best customer service I have ever received in my life. So thank you so very much Holly for helping me out how you did. Also, a big thank you to the employee that turned in my phone. Incredible employees, great customer service… what more could you want?”
