I cannot say enough good things about this company! If you're looking for a company that treats you like family and genuinely cares, then look no further. I have used this company for all of my plumbing issues since 2019. My most recent experience was with Frankie and he is literally an angel, my pipes started backing up Friday morning and he was at my house in less than an hour. After determining the issue, he had his team come out and auger the roots from my pipes so I wasn't left waterless over the weekend. He was honest and recommended that I try to get the city involved because of the location of the issue. He was right, the city is taking care of it, and I could not be more grateful! Thank you Frankie and Mike Douglas Team, you guys are amazing!!

I could write a book about how fabulous of an experience I had and how great of a crew you have. My relining situation was very complex and they made it happen. They cared. They showed up on time. They swept my floors daily. Also thank you Tanya for answering my 8 million billing questions! And Frankie for always checking in on my project and answering anything i needed answered. I Will always call mike douglas for anything in the future and tell everyone I know about my experience. THANK YOU ALL!

We had a pipe burst under our foundation. We had to have Rapid Response here with the dryers for 3 weeks. For that time, we had no running water. We had received money from the insurance company but due to policy at our bank, they would only release one of the two checks we received. They were to be released a week apart. I called Mike Douglas plumbing & told them that & ask if we could get our house re piped & pay part when they did it & the rest of it a week later after the bank released the money. I talked to Matt & he said unfortunately they had to have the entire amount. I made our appointment & didn't think anything else about it. A day later, Matt called me back & said he talked to the owner and she said they would allow us to have the work done & pay the rest a week later. I was floored Matt cared enough to talk to his owner about our problem. That was on a Friday and they came out on Monday to re pipe our house. The guys who did the re pipng were great. They put mats out all over the house so they wouldn't get anything on our floors. They were very professional and friendly & respectful. I've had to call them & ask them a few questions. They talked to me & resolved my questions. I did something that had nothing to do with our re piping and couldn't figure it out. Matt came out to check it for me with no charge. I couldn't recommend this company any higher. They have been great from the workers up to the owner. If you want a company that truly cares about you call Mike Douglas plumbing. You definitely won't be sorry. I've never worked with a company like this before. They honestly care.

All around great plumbing service!!!! Very prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had issues with our old underground pipes and they came right out and diagnosed the issues with cameras and gave us estimates of the different options to get the pipes flowing smooth again. They were also the most cost effective! We had already contacted others for diagnosis and cost to repair. So glad we found them before using someone else! Thank you Frankie for your great service.

This week we needed a plumber to do some replacement plumbing for our insurance carrier. I loved when I called them and they answered the phone “It’s a great day at Mike Douglas Plumbing”. I told her what I needed and we had an appointment set for the next day. To our surprise the work was still under a 10 year warranty. The technician gave us pictures and receipts for the work. We were very
pleased and since the work was done 6 years ago had forgotten about the warranty. We highly recommend Mike Douglas plumbing.
