“I live on Longboat Key and have been banking with this bank for almost 20 years. They are like a small town bank that treat you like family even if you don’t live here. I have had accounts at other banks such as Bank of America which is the worst! Treat you like a number and extra fees for everything. I have banked out other SunTrust branches and the respect and courtesy are the same as Longboat. The one star review on here is obviously the one bad apple”

“MIC came highly recommended from our realtor along with several other insurance companies. MIC, specifically Lacey, has been really quick with service with the best prices for the coverage we needed. Highly recommend this company for your insurance needs, at least give them a chance. Dec, 2021 update: In the office a person that has tried to work with me is Chloe. She wasn't very helpful at all. The short story was she didn't offer me any options or try to work on a different approach to our new insurance problem. She was short and seemed to not care about our situation. I can't recommend her as an insurance agent. There are many others out there that can do better job in my humble opinion.”
