There are still decent, honest companies out there and Babe's proved to be one of them! Bought a new home in the area for my daughter and the nosy neighbor kept bothering my daughter about the backflow on the property. I live in NY at the moment and needed to confirm if there was an issue. I called Babes and they were out within the hour to inspect the backflow valve on my property. As I expected the backflow was deemed to be operating perfectly and doing it's job. The tech called me and relayed the info to me and didn't even charge me the trip fee. As a small business owner this goes a long way in my book. Being new homeowner in the area Babe's has earned a new customer for life. If i could give more than 5 stars I would! If any one has a plumbing issue look no further than this company!

Babes is our go-to plumbing company. Over the last couple of months we have had several plumbing issues (refrigerator water line broke, a contractor busted a water pipe, backflow testing, etc) Babes has always been responsive to our calls and sent a plumbing expert out immediately. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Michael Snell was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We had no idea where the water was leaking from in our 2 year old home. Water was coming from where the wall meets the floor. He figured it quickly and was very creative in doing the challenging repair. We are very happy it was identified , repaired so quickly. The price was very fair.

This has been my best plumbing experience. Very nice staff. Scheduled in my time frame & quickly. Plumber (Weston J) who arrived was professional & explained costs. He didn't try to up-sell any unnecessary services. He fixed a broken water line, installed shut-offs, a new exterior facuet & fixed a leak. Will definitely call again when I need a plumber
