“We had a blockage in our main drain and Andrew's Plumbing was the third company that we brought out. The first company simply ran a 50 ft snake and told me that I had roots. But they never ran the faucets to see if the issue was cleared. The second company ran a 50 ft snake and then a camera to tell me we had roots. They stated that we would need to pay $2000 to replace 20 ft of PVC that was 4 years old. Andrew's came out and ran a 75 ft snake and cleared the problem! Andrew's stated that there was no way it was a root issue since the PVC as only 4 years old. It's nice to now have a plumber that we can trust.”

“Pool of water on a holiday weekend resulted in lining up a new hotwater heater. Tryed the big box store where they request $35 to have someone come out measure your space and then determine which water heater you need to go back to the store and pay for. If you are lucky it might take five days if it's not "season". Titanz sent someone over with the water heater the next day after I called them. All I had to do was tell them how big my space was, and if you can use a measuring tape that shouldn't be a problem. The technician could not have been friendlier,more informative, and he didn't talk down to me because I'm a woman.It was an overall great experience. I recommend them. BD- you're the best ! One piece of advice; replace your hot water heater before you really need to. Like 10 yrs. old.Oh yeah, they also remove the old one.”

“I called AND because my regular A/C guy was on vacation and the guy covering him never answered me. Corey came over the same day and immediately diagnosed and made a repair to help us get the house cooled down after 5 days of 90+ degrees. Unfortunately my system was too poorly maintained (we just purchased the home) and it needed a full replacement. Corey and his supervisor Bryan spoke with me over over an hour trying to help us the most they could and explaining every single thing I had questions about. We have 4 dogs and everyone was overheating at this point. Corey was able to get us a floor unit to keep things cool while we waited only 1 day for a full A/C replacement (incredible!). Don and Alberto arrived on Monday and replaced the whole system while I was at work. Coming home to a cool house for the first time in days was amazing beyond words. I casually mentioned to Corey that my guest bathroom tub was clogged and while Dan and Alberto were setting up our a/c Brandon (plumber) arrived to remedy that as well! Similarly, Brandon went over every single thing in depth leaving me with no questions or concerns. I know this review is huge but I still feel like I have more positive things to say if that gives you any indication of how much I appreciated their services. Bought a new home in the area for my daughter and the nosy neighbor kept bothering my daughter about the backflow on the property. I live in NY at the moment and needed to confirm if there was an issue. I called Babes and they were out within the hour to inspect the backflow valve on my property. “Let me start by saying we had a very complicated problem. We had water on our bathroom and kitchen floors and Greater Bay immediately sent out a plumber out the same day. Based on his initial observations it was determined that we needed to bring in a leak detection company which was called immediately and came later that day. The next day Jeff and the same plumber came out and accessed the foundation of the home through the floor of the kitchen and from an exterior wall, and within several hours had the piece of elbow CPVC replaced that had a crack in it. Never in my wildest dreams did I think this problem would be solved in less than 2 days. We have been using Greater Bay Plumbing for almost 10 years and for good reason. It is a family owned business and the owner Jeff creates personal relationships with his customers based on professionalism, craftsmanship, integrity, fairness with regard to price, and supreme customer satisfaction. You also get to know the technicians that come out on a first name basis and look forward to seeing them because they are such great people you enjoy having in your home.
