“I was droned by my homeowners insurance company and was notified that my policy might be cancelled if a cracked tile was not repaired. I was under a time constraint as I was leaving Florida and I needed a quick fix. I called Charles and he got right back to me. He was there the next day to do the repair. Charles was very professional. He was timely, honest, helpful and prompt despite the fact that it was a small job. The price was very reasonable. Coastal has my highest recommendation for whatever the job is. Definitely 5 stars.”
