My new goto golf store in SRQ. Great selection of golf equipment and accessories. I ended signing up for using the membership that allows you to use the practice bays which are camera equipped to record your swing and golf radar equipment to give the feedback on each swing/ball flight. Love the facility BUT they need to be more organized on how they sign in you for a practice session once your on site. Even if you register online they send you from the checkout sales counter to the club refitting counter at the entrance to be handled and visa versa. While everyone is polite BUT they each have there own way of handling the process. The last person I check in with insisted that each one of my clubs be given a tag. Having been there some 8 times prior this was an inconvenient process which no one else had implemented. And finally I’m sure they can figure out a better system to allow PGA Store members who register on line for time in the practice hitting area to check in. Perhaps their system could also generate a code which would allow you to sign in directly into their system once onsite. This in turn would mean NO more hassle at the front of the store for BOTH the customers and the staff alike. Just saying.
