Wentzel's Heating & Air Conditioning

We have used Wentzel’s A/C Maintenance Service for the last 3 years. They are always on time, professional, and explain everything. Our serviceman yesterday, Mark, was very thorough & was quick to diagnose a wiring problem with one of our units. Our serviceman today was Tyrone. He came to complete the wiring on our condo roof that Mark was not able to complete last week. Tyrone tracked the wire from the condenser to the wire panel - no small feat. He connected the wires in no time & the AC unit started running right away. He topped off the Freon & was on his way to his next job in less than an hour. Thanks Tyrone, Mark & Wentzel’s for excellent service.

Mark from Wentzel’s arrived on time and got to work immediately. He was extremely professional and kind. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. He was very thorough cleaning out and checking the entire system and then ensured that his work area was left clean and tidy. We were extremely impressed. I would definitely recommend Mark and Wentzel’s to friends and family. Great service, on time and super knowledgeable technician!

What I know about Wentzel's is that it's not just the service to customers that is superb - my friend that is a IT vendor to them tells me he is treated fairly, responsively, paid for his services on time and with no fuss or issues. Tells me that there is integrity inside and outside at Wentzel's, thus the service I am receiving is because of the company culture, not just the day of the week. Thus Highly recommended.
