Being new to the area last year I had no idea who I would hire to do my pool service I walked into the local store and was greeted by the Store Owner Jason as if I was a long time customer. They have resolved pool water issues, pool staining issues as well as pool equipment breakdowns . Their field technicians are professional and extremely knowledgeable .This is by far the best Pinch A Penny store there is in Sarasota the staff is knowledgeable professional and honest always putting their customer first. We replaced our pump and pool heater. Jason and his worker came on time and were professional throughout the whole process. After the pump and heater were installed, our electrician came out to set everything up on that end.

Jason was kind enough to return back to our home in the evening after the electrician was finished with his work to ensure everything was working the way it should, and was so patient in answering all of our questions. He is extremely knowledgeable on pool equipment and salt systems, and was great at explaining everything to us. I would highly recommend his team for any pool work you need done!

I have had a few horrible pool services for cleaning my salt water pool but Jason and his crew from Pinch A Penny have my pool sparkling and clear as a bell. They are responsive to my multiple calls and always considerate of me as a customer. Good service and follow up is a must for me. Highly rate this company! They also have made multiple trips to my home to check out my system before servicing started to make sure the system was up and ready. They replaced my filter immediately before service began. I also had a rat issue in my spa heater, they chewed the wires and the heater was not working. Within days it was repaired and taken care of. I then purchased a new pump system with an amazing price and it was installed with no issues. I feel that I am in good hands with Jason and the Pinch A Penny crew. Highly recommended .
