My fiancé and I went to their shop to pick out our wedding bands and I brought my engagement ring back to be polished. Let me tell you their customer service is unmatched! They are kind, honest, and reliable which is so hard to find now a days. They weren’t pushy with us making a choice that day and even encouraged us to look at other shops. I love that they took the time to go through multiple ring options and were patient. When I went to pick up my engagement ring my jaw literally fell to the floor with how stunning it looked. It looked even better than the day I got it. It’s so hard to find shops with ethics and great customer service. They really made the experience amazing for us! Will and all of the ladies are delightful, kind and willing to go out of their way to make sure you know about your medications.
