The receptionist and staff were friendly, informative, and helpful… going above and beyond to make my experience stress free. The doctor was friendly, efficient, and helpful.

Staff is always very nice and helpful, Nick was great at walking me through the new system! Never had any problems getting an appointment, they make everything simple and quick.

Staff was great, Dr.seems very unhappy and "anti social" , I made a comment about my ex who got her medical degree in Louisiana bc I saw his degrees from New Orleans Lake Charles and he did not say a word, not, oh, really or thats nice, just ignored me like he could not wait for me to leave. And i am a polite respctful patient. He obviously has medical issues and I felt sorry for him, but he should not treat his patients like lepers.

Staff was kinda and open hearted.. Dr. Was attentive to inform me and asked if I had any questions as well as helped me be more knowledgeable.. nurse was outstanding and helped in everything I needed.. For those in need I will refer to this facility.

Courteous & Professional. Clean & non-cluttered environment. Great service for New Patients & Renewal. Highly recommended! Melissa is a great representative for MedWell, making patients feel welcome whether they are new or renewing.
