The empathy from his son upon arrival filled the room as he gave my mother tender hearted care from the bed into the hearse. Working along side Carlos was an experience everyone should have when a loved one transitions. He was very empathetic and was avaliable at all times. His attention to detail and his ability to enhance our vision and more was exceptional. The facial makeup on my mom was flawless in addition to her regalia. The entire process was seamless and transparent from the time my mom's body was picked up until the time she was laid to rest. Thank you Carlos for holding our hand through our darkness hour. When I say the best coffee in sarasota I mean the best coffee, adapt and choose how you would like to have it, sit, sip and enjoy! Amazing choices in food, and incredible accommodation for allergies and has vegan options. I personally have many allergies and they were able to make me foods I've never had before. “Went this morning to try the donuts. They were amazing and filling as well. Really good service when we went too from a guy behind the counter on 7/21. Really helpful at explaining what some of the donuts were and what was in them. Jacks donuts has a great variety too, even some that you can’t find at other places. (I’m looking at you coconut) I cannot wait to come back as I luckily live close by. Drinks were also great.”

“We arrived too early, the museum doesn’t open until 1pm. We left and returned too late, they closed around 4pm. Short hours. The art that we did see on the outside was amazing. I have a creative mind but my creativity is “stick figures” compared to the art on display here. It’s amazing to see creations made of rocks, horse shoes, tires, old bolts and screws. I loved it without seeing everything the museum had to offer.”

Frank was the most accomadingt and friendly person we encountered in our week long vacation in the Keys. Rooms are clean and check in was flawless. From the moment of arrival we were greeted with a fantastic Mural of what seems to be a Volcanic Mountain surrounded by Cherry Blossoms (I don't want to assume it is mount Fuji, but it looks like Mount Fuji) The food was well priced and tasted lovely.
