“I just love this up and coming area. The views are spectacular and I'm jealous of those who are building homes or living in the apartments/townhouses. They sponsor a farmers market on Sundays filled with vendors offerings variety of services and products. Live music is available not only during this event but also various times throughout the week. A few restaraunts and additional businesses are open at this time and many more are in the works to open soon. They even have a water taxi that will be available in the future. It's a must visit spot!”

“I am so grateful I found this studio!! The instructors are knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. They have helped me find modifications when I need them, but also nudge me out of my comfort zone. There are all different ages and skill levels and I love that every workout is different. They tell you why you’re doing certain moves and how it will improve your life outside of exercising. Everyone has been so friendly, and I have seen my strength and confidence improve. Come try a free introductory class!!”
