“Suri Towing is The Best in Town!!! This evening as I was leaving work my car alerted me that I had no air pressure in my passenger side rear tire. I also noticed an unusual noise, so I pulled over to a Gas Station and discovered a Metal piece sticking out of my Rear Passenger Side Tire. First thing I did was call BMW Roadside Assistance…. 9 TIMES in 2 Hours!! To say the Least and I do mean To say the least; they were no help. I took matters into my own hands and quickly researched local towing companies near me. I came across Suri Towing! I called them up, Suri the owner answered and was to my Rescue in 35 Minutes! Luckily I had a ride to get back home. About 25 minutes after he picked up my car Suri sent me photos of my vehicle Safely parked in front of the Service entrance of BMW Sarasota and a Photo of the drop of bag and Paperwork! I am very grateful for his Time, Professionalism and Thorough Care. Suri Towing was well worth the reasonable cost versus waiting on BMW RSA. Thank you Suri!”
