We worked with Sam to buy our first RV. She was so easy to work with, very helpful and went out of her way to keep us informed of everything while it was prepped for delivery. This dealership is nice because it’s smaller, more personable. The whole staff is really great!

Ron was amazing !!!! He found us the camper of our dreams. Mateo showed us everything there is to know about our RV. Even Jesse the store manager came, and helped us put on the hitch. Definitely would recommend RV One to anyone looking for an RV. Buying from RV One was a great experience. They were all knowledgeable, caring and friendly. Ron answers the phone all the time to help his customers. He is an example to everyone of what it means to put his customers first. I cant say enough good things about the team at RV One. If you looking for an RV, I would only go see Ron. He is truly the best there is !!! Go to RV One you wont be disappointed, and ask for Ron. Then have Mateo do your inservice.

Just purchased our 2022 Highland Ridge Olympia Sport 19BH, from RV One of Sarasota.

Ron was our salesperson. (Not Brian 😉, but he’s great too.)🤭😂

No high pressure sales, which is nice. We were shown all the features, and we made comparisons between the different models they have on site.

Ron is an RV’r so he knows what’s involved with what it takes to go camping. He can answer any questions you have and usually knows the answers, if not he’ll find out for you. We were not pressured to buy anything extra we didn’t need, or want. Ron also has helpful hints, advice, and tips. He even came in on his own time, to get us set up with the finance agent.

Everyone we dealt with at this dealership, was helpful and kind.

The young man that did our PDI with us, and final walk through, was very through. He also answers any questions you have about the mechanics of your RV. Take a video of the hitch and unhitch process, with the sway bars, if you are unfamiliar with it. Trust me, it’s a great reference when you need to do it on your own.😉

We haven’t needed to use their service department yet, so I can not speak to how they handle issues.

This dealership is amazing! We visited more than a few dealerships looking for the right option for us. We looked at class As, Cs and trailers but because of the right education offered by our outstanding salesman, Ron, we finally decided on a travel trailer. Ron was knowledgeable and friendly, it felt more like a good friend was looking out for us rather than a dealership salesman. I can’t say enough good things about him. From showing us our options to educating us as new campers, to taking time to speak with us on his day off of work, my wife, kids, and I all felt like we were in good honest hands. I found my own financing through my credit Union and the finance manager, Dan, was just as exceptional as Ron with working with me and my bank, taking time to deal with issues on his day off as well. Even the counter woman, and young man (I apologize for not having your names) that demo-ed the trailer for us were very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend visiting RV One in Sarasota if you are in the market to buy an RV. We are from Miami, and finding good honest people to sell you something like this are like finding the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, they don’t exists in my experience. The 3.5 hour drive for us was well worth the experience, not to mention the price was very fair and they also included the weight distribution hitch and install. We had the best experience purchasing our Minnie Winnie at the Sarasota location. This is our very first TT purchase and a GREAT experience. We had the honor of working with Samantha who was a HUGE help and super patient and so very lovely to deal with. I would absolutely recommend this location and absolutely recommend dealing with Samantha! She is truly amazing
