“Wanted to visit a local coffee shop while on vacation, and this shop was so cute! The tiki hut style outdoor seating area was so fun! And the fact that it is also attached to a gift shop is a huge plus (we made sure to buy some souvenirs) We ordered a few pastries and drinks and all were delicious! I especially liked the spinach feta pastry they had. They weren’t too busy when we went, so it was a nice and relaxing space.”

“Tis the season… last week I stopped at a Chrysler dealer because my passenger seat back fell back and it would not move upward. The electronic devise was broke. I was told they would not work on my van because it is eleven years old and they don’t work on anything older than 10 years. My husband is a recent leg amputee and he can only fit in the front passenger seat. While heading home I noticed your company. I pulled in and in desperation I walked into your office and explained the situation. One of your office staff went out to look and in a couple of minutes, he removed the faulty part and told us he could order the part. Fast forward a week and they received the part and replaced it. “I have rented units from several different Public Storage locations and have been pretty satisfied with each one for the most part. After renting from Tiffany I'd have to say that the one on Beneva Rd is by far my favorite. She went above and beyond while assisting me in getting set up with my unit and even helped come up with a solution to an issue I was having with transporting my stuff! She is awesome! I would definitely recommend renting a unit from here and from now on I will only deal with Tiffany because no matter what my issue is I know that she has, and will, always do her best to help me figure out a solution. Actual customer service which is rare these days.”
