When we decided to stay an extra night she managed to set us up with another room. The room was great, loved being able to make our own breakfast with an amazing view of the beach from our deck. “Lael was VERY patient with us as we planned our first vacation to Italy. She carefully listened to what we were hoping for, provided multiple options, helped us when we couldn’t decide, and then put together an incredible itinerary. She was there at all the right times. When one of the tour guides was late, we called the company - it went to VM. Unsure what to do next, we did what she suggested to us more than once while planning - we contacted Lael. Within minutes we had a call from the company with explanation (car trouble) and a driver/guide was there minutes later. The hotels she recommended were less expensive than the ones we were considering and much nicer. The food recommendations were wow! She asks you what you want and then she makes it happen. What more could you ask for?”

“The Crescent Siesta Key is an extremely nice condo in a convenient location and on the beach. My one problem was that the bars across the street have live music every night and it is really loud. I couldn't enjoy sitting on the balcony and the noise could be heard inside the condo as well. Something to keep in mind if you are looking for a quiet vacation condo.”

“Great tour. Excellent staff. Our guide was a Marine Biologist and local resident. Her extensive knowledge of the Sarasota Bay Estuary made for a fun and interesting couple hours. Since it was spring, we were able to see the Seabirds in their rookery. Another part of the tour had us using a net to capture, discuss, and then release some flora and fauna. Kids will love the "hands on " experience. We also saw several Dolphins.”

“We booked our tours online and when we showed up there was a glitch in the system and it didn’t transfer our reservation( group of 12 ). Chris was excellent to deal with. He helped us get it all figured out and then moved things around to be able to take our entire group on a tour. The trip was fantastic. Chris was very funny. “We chose the Electric Bike Siesta Key Sunset Tour and had a great time biking from one end of the beach and back. Then we stayed there and watch the sunset together. Chris led us and Loretta stayed in the back to make sure everyone is okay which make us feel very safe. Chris also takes pictures for us along the way and we have the most beautiful sunset pictures on the beach. Tips for biking: Paddle at first to get used to the bike before going for the electric part, always have 3-4 fingers on left hand (at least) for the break. You can paddle and use the electric at the same time it would just go a little faster.”

“The Lido Islander is the best kept secret on Lido. It has a great location; everything you need is within walking distance. It is only a block away from the beach. We enjoyed the low key, laid back vibe of the place. The decor is tasteful and has an art deco feel to it. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. It is excellent value.
