Working with Katerina was a joy. She is a great listener and very attentive to what you want out of a project. Starting with an initial design consultation and some ‘homework’ for me to go through and flag photos of different design styles (what I liked, what I did not), Katerina was able to get an idea of my personal aesthetic tastes and start to put together a vision for what my house could become. She then guided the process from start to finish, working very closely with my chosen contractor to get the details just right, and working with me constantly to refine design choices, pick out furniture and appliances, finishes and colors, and ensure that her vision for me and what I wanted in the end were converging to a great outcome. I could not be happier with the end result. We worked with Carol and Debbie on the kitchen design and cabinet selection. We met with them at least four times and they engaged with us so much that it felt like they were planning their own kitchen. They answered all our questions, gave suggestions, and were so helpful and enthusiastic. We seriously couldn’t have done it without them. In our opinion they are the shining stars of the business. When it came to the installation, the cabinets arrived on time and installation began the next day. The installation went smoothly. We did have one minor issue we requested be changed and they willingly made the change for us. They also accommodated us by allowing us to install the flooring before they put the kick plates on.
