“Let me start by saying we had a very complicated problem. We had water on our bathroom and kitchen floors and Greater Bay immediately sent out a plumber out the same day. Based on his initial observations it was determined that we needed to bring in a leak detection company which was called immediately and came later that day. The next day Jeff and the same plumber came out and accessed the foundation of the home through the floor of the kitchen and from an exterior wall, and within several hours had the piece of elbow CPVC replaced that had a crack in it. Never in my wildest dreams did I think this problem would be solved in less than 2 days. We have been using Greater Bay Plumbing for almost 10 years and for good reason. It is a family owned business and the owner Jeff creates personal relationships with his customers based on professionalism, craftsmanship, integrity, fairness with regard to price, and supreme customer satisfaction. You also get to know the technicians that come out on a first name basis and look forward to seeing them because they are such great people you enjoy having in your home. JJ came and did a service evaluation and explained what needed to be done. He had to use a snake to unclog the kitchen drain as it was heavily clogged. “I have been working with Prestige Plumbing for almost a year now! I started building an accessory building in the backyard, we started the plumbing, then the virus hit, all kinds of issues getting other contractors in there. All the while Josh and his team were phenomenal an accommodating all my crazy requests. I was not able to get everything done at once due to Major Contracting issues with electrical AC inspections Etc. They ended up coming back several times do piecemeal. Yesterday you the job was finally completed. Alex spent the entire day and afternoon doing everything possible to get it finished before my permit expired. They did all this on very short notice. They were at our residence and on time. Because of that contact, we asked for their service to replace an ice maker in our refrigerator. I needed a complete HVAC replacement (including ductwork) and Carlos was wonderful to work with on the quotes and initial project planning.
