“I just visited the Athleta at UTC this week. Even though it is a busy time of year the customer service was wonderful. Sales people were not intrusive and were always available to answer questions, help me find things and consult on style and size. They checked a couple items online without being asked when I was looking for something not in the store. They also brought different size items to my dressing room when I realized I needed a different fit! It was like shopping with a best friend! The clothes are wonderful -I have shopped Athleta online for many years and I find these are the clothes I reach for regularly - they are comfortable, they look great and they wear well. They even hold up to heavy workouts. I especially like the new Momentum top - it is very flattering - there is even one with sparkle - great for the holidays, that is soft and comfortable. I have shopped in Athleta stores out of state before, but this store at UTC is really outstanding!”

We looked at class As, Cs and trailers but because of the right education offered by our outstanding salesman, Ron, we finally decided on a travel trailer. Ron was knowledgeable and friendly, it felt more like a good friend was looking out for us rather than a dealership salesman. I can’t say enough good things about him. From showing us our options to educating us as new campers, to taking time to speak with us on his day off of work, my wife, kids, and I all felt like we were in good honest hands. I found my own financing through my credit Union and the finance manager, Dan, was just as exceptional as Ron with working with me and my bank, taking time to deal with issues on his day off as well. Even the counter woman, and young man (I apologize for not having your names) that demo-ed the trailer for us were very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend visiting RV One in Sarasota if you are in the market to buy an RV. We are from Miami, and finding good honest people to sell you something like this are like finding the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, they don’t exists in my experience. The 3.5 hour drive for us was well worth the experience, not to mention the price was very fair and they also included the weight distribution hitch and install. “I originally came to Designs By Hope Yoder when I had seen their watch bands. I could not find the style I had envisioned and I was able to work with Jill to be able to design my own band. I sent idea pictures and told Jill what I wanted and she brought it to life. She sent me a mock up and asked for feedback. When I wanted one minor thing adjusted she had a new mock up sent to me within minutes. This was the smoothest process for a custom order that I have ever had. Funny thing, when Jill was sending me pictures of colors of watch bands I fell in LOVE with the one she was wearing. She was so kind and was able to make me a second one so quickly and include it with my first order for shipping. I can’t wait to order more items, and work with Jill to design some more projects.
