“Wow! Wow! Wow! We rented Bali Hai House from this property management. The house was well kept. It was also well stocked with toiletries, paper goods, kitchen supplies and best of all enough beach and bath towel to use once per day for 2 weeks!!! The house also included beach chairs, umbrellas and Cabanas!!! Definitely saved us money from renting!! We have been booking with VRBO and been disappointed. After booking with The Cottages on the key, I do not know if we can ever find a better property management group!! The communication was top notch! Dennis, helped me from day one. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable of the area and friendly. He was not pushing or acted like a salesman but rather assured that all my questions and concerns were answered accordingly. We received an email and text message to assure we have all the appropriate information. We were informed to check in early!! This was a plus since we arrived at Siesta keys a few hours before the 4pm check in. We needed something during our stay. My text messages were answered promptly even though it was 1:00am!! It was assuring to know that if we needed anything, the team members were there to help us!! Would definitely use this team to book our next trip! Thank you Dennis and team!!!!!!! “The location was perfect & right on the beach. The room we stayed in, unit 2, was perfect for the 2 of us. Mother & daughter. Clean & just enough space with a great kitchen. Only 1 downside was the pull out sofa mattress was so thin I felt like I was sleeping on the frame. Other than that everything was great. They even have a community room that you can borrow books, games & Movies.”

“It’s been over 2 weeks since our stay and I’m still in awe of how perfect this resort was for our very large extended family! And I mean RESORT! Upon entering the wooden gate, you step into a breathtaking garden full of Florida natives that leads to the main house to the right or the path down to the tennis court. Be sure not to let the tree swing distract you on your way! The house is large, has very tall ceilings, and is perfect for entertaining with a kitchen that has a peninsula where people can gather while also open to one of the two large living areas. The dining room has an oversized dining table and buffet with lots of natural light coming in from a window that takes up an entire wall! There are so many great features inside the house but the outdoor ones are also incredible. The wrap around porch overlooks the property and the views are amazing, reminiscent of being up in a tree house. When we weren’t swimming in what looked to be a brand new pool and heated spa, we played tennis on a beautifully maintained clay court while family watched courtside at an outdoor table complete with the biggest umbrella I’ve even seen. (There is another one next to the pool, as well as a fire pit). We also took out the kayaks (one person, single, and doubles) and within two minutes down a canal, you’re in the intercoastal waters and a nearby sandbar where you can get out and play as the water gets really shallow! I only have so much time to write down everything that I LOVED about this truly Personal Resort but words do not do this place justice!! It is a must see for yourself kind of paradise!! “Our boat tour with Captain Rachael was great!! She knew so much about the area and the marine life. We spotted a lot of dolphins! This was the first boat ride ever for our kids. They were pretty nervous before, but the Captain took the waves so gently, and we cruised along so easily... they loved it! By the end, both kids were acting like they were boating pros! This was such a fantastic way to spend my birthday! I think having experiences is way better than any material presents. We had such a nice time and really enjoyed the sunshine and beautiful water. It was fun learning about the area and people. Definitely reccomend!!”

“Very private, my family stayed for 4 nights. The fold out sofa bed mattress is not very comfortable (you can feel the springs) otherwise it served our purpose perfectly. Easy access to Turtle Beach (which was a better time than siesta beach) used the dock when we rented a boat. They also had some beach gear (we bought more and left it behind for the next guest)”

“Family Friendly Adventure! We highly recommend Captain Casey, who picked my family up from our VRBO rental and took us out for a half day on the Pontoon. He showed us all around the gulf to find dolphins, sea urchins and more seashells than my kids could pickup. He was amazing and playful with my girls (4&6), which was a relief for any parent looking for this kind of vacation adventure. The best part for my kids was when Captain Casey let them play with the fish bait on boat, a memory they will not forget and they still tell everyone how cool it was to have their own Captain.
