“We stumbled across this little gem of a restaurant while visiting Sarasota. I’m from Houston. Texas so it’s difficult to impress me with food. We have some of the best eclectic as well as fine dining restaurants. Fork & Hen is on par for sure. We tried the Blue Plate fried chicken, chicken & waffles, the falafel appetizers & iced tea.. Everything was amazing. All the food and sauces are from scratch & you can taste it! I love the added touch of the homemade pickles to these dishes. Can’t wait to come back & try something else when I’ll be there in October.”

All of the residents are treated as if they were their own family member. My father was treated with dignity and love every day he was there. Even our family was greeted with warm open arms. The caregivers genuinely get to know the residents despite dementia limitations and make them feel valued. The set up of Lily's within a beautiful home, few residence and consistent caregivers lends to the strong relationships and bonds that should be the gold standard for geriatric care. “I went to Rice Chiropractic for a curvature I’ve had in my spine since childhood. My back is always tender and I wanted to try to prevent it from getting worse as I age! Dr Albert was thorough and explained everything in detail. She adjusted me gently and I really appreciated that. Not the usual crack em and go kind of treatment! Came home with more knowledge of my back and some stretches! This was my first time but everyone made me feel welcome. I have more treatments to go so I’ll write another review in time! “We went there for the first time. Nice Cafe. It is hard to find if you do not know where it is. You have to know their location. The smell there is wiered. But you can use it fast. The food is good. Portion is small -europian size. Coffee is Amazing good. Crapes are very bad. I am from Europe too, I know how to make crapes. Sandwich was great. Lots of meet and good sauce. The potato salad is the Best in Venice! Waitress is very nice girl. Love her. I put 4 stars because they added 20% ! Tips automatically! Hmm..why is it? 15-18% tips is good,since all food coast went up,they already have a big increase in their wages. Why would I pay 20% of tips for 2 people? If I had 8 people, lots of work etc..I understand 20%, but for 2 people... no. I think I will not go back. I am not rich enough to pay 20%. I am a cook and I do not get any tips at work. It's so sad that greed is everywhere. I guess you prefer to take 20% tips once,than to have 15-18% every week. Thank you. Good luck.”
