“The baby place staff is amazing and the facility isn't bad. My wife had both our daughter here and everyone was kind and thoughtful and attentive during our stay. The only reason I took one star off is the health care advocate that showed up our second day of limited sleep asking for 5700 dollars. Also the paperwork they showed my wife and I didn't have the correct procedure and was for labyrinth followed by an emergency c-section. We had a schedule c-section. Moral of the story I felt this person came into our room under the disguise of being our health advocate but was really a collection agent for the hospital taking advantage of new sleep deprived parents.”
