I had a fantastic experience renting a unit from Lee in Arlington, Texas. He explained everything in a thorough, yet concise manner with excellent customer service skills. He even let me park my truck in a unit to make sure it would fit before making a decision! After looking at several other storage facilities in the area, this Extra Space location was by far the best choice and a big part of that was the customer service experience.
