I guess after my original complaint, management took initiative to get a hold of me and asked if I could explain what happened with what I complained about. And that was nice. They recognized me thru social media and were able to get in touch with me. That made me feel welcomed. And now I will continue to go to that 7-11 @ Deer Run, which is the neighborhood market and destination for all who like to feel like they belong cuz everyone knows each other and is cordial and well mannered, Usually.”
