“Being in the float tank for 90 min felt very peaceful and relaxing. It's very easy to relax your mind and pretty much fall asleep (I did for at least 10 min). It's hard to tell where your feet end and the water begins, this helped isolate what my mind was focused on. When I heard the music to tell me it was over I was sad and wanted more time. Now I'm contemplating getting a membership and doing this monthly. Felt as relaxed as I have after having an hour long massage. Highly recommend!”
