“I am extremely impressed with this gym. My daughter started training here not knowing anything and has progressed quite well under the black belt leadership of Dillon Gower. There is a wide range of students - all ages, genders and experience levels. Everyone comes together to help each other get better. What I like most is the family-like atmosphere. No politics or rivalry and they open up the gym to welcome anyone who wants to train. Price was so much better than the other places we looked. It is a little smaller than some of the big name gyms but no less effective. In fact I think there is a more personable approach having a somewhat smaller gym.”
