“Had dealt with this company about 2 years ago. They processed insurance claim for my kitchen and roof. And I was very impressed in how they took care of everything... from dealing with the insurance company AND making sure everything was done according to the insurance requirements. For example, I would NOT have known about mold mitigation is required within a certain amount of time... OR the insurance could have denied claim had I not followed the insurance stipulations. Also referred out this company to 3 other people... and they are all very happy with their services. I may not have had the answers that I liked to hear... like at times, it took longer than expected... which they warned me about. Then again, I definitely appreciated them being honest... in setting up the expectations that it might take longer than expected.”

“Was visiting the Hollows resort in Austin for the weekend with the family, and we stopped by this restaurant for dinner. The views, the food, and the customer service were all great! Our waiter, Michael, tried his best to go above and beyond regular customer service, and even brought out a whole heater when it got chilly!
