“Our daughter started seeing Dr. Franklin because she has had eczema since she was a baby. She was prescribed many steroids creams over the years and saw many specialists. They all said food allergies do not cause eczema and then gave a her a new steroid cream to try. None of the creams worked and her skin became worse. They didn't know how to help her. “I've never had an issue with this location. I've in altamonte springs / longwood for the last 11 years of my life and always rave about my little city, with pride. We almost always have wonderful customer service. People know who you are, here. But today's was a first for me. Merle or something simular to that, whom works in pharmacy is getting a complaint. How can you work in a position where people need care and compassion yet not have the ability to care with compassion? I understand store hours may change due to hoilidays. But I don't understand the point in being rude and rushing customers and thier family members out the door (whom are ill and in pain) for the sake of your early exit. If your doors are open to help, don't throw a fit about it. Especially to the customer. Highly unprofessional. You hurt my feelings.”
