“My trainer, works from here, at first it was like Prison Gym, no fancy machines, or plush locker rooms. No saunas, or pool. But my my my the results from training here are amazing. We work on Functional Training, working the body the way it functions. And I have never had better results. This gym is the answer for those who are serious about performance and results with knowledgeable people who train athletes. The people who own and run this gym are fabulous. Sorry, you can't have my trainer.”

“I just cannot say enough about this place. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and very professional. I was taken on a brief tour by one staff member & i was so impressed by the facility. Lauren, gave me a brief overview of the services they offer and was kind enough to let my try out one of their simulators. I have been involved in flight simulation for quite a while but my experience at this facility was the best. Will definitely work with them when i resume my PPL lessons.”
