(February 8, 2019, 7:04 pm)The reason Publix is the best place to shop! Their florist is an absolute genius! Tonight was a Daddy Daughter Dance and I completely forgot to order my corsage in advance and the florist had made extras for those scatter brained parents like me. Joey from customer service went above and beyond to find out what they had left in the extra stock, I was on hold for about 10 minutes while he and the rest of the team made sure I had one for the dance, he continued to check on me and let me know I was not forgotten making the wait well worth it and he was so attentive while I was on hold.

(November 15, 2018, 1:23 pm)It is ALWAYS good to shop at Publix. Today tho' I wanted to report Michell, from Customer Service, who went above & beyond what I would assume her job description is. When I asked her to call someone to load the heavy bags of water softener crystals for me, she grabbed a cart, loaded the 4 bags, rang up my entire order and loaded it in my car. Cuddos to her and Publix's customer policies.
