“So glad they put a Publix closer to us in Chuluota. The store is clean and organized. The employees are very helpful and go out of their way to help you. The only complaint I have is when I order a sub online for pick up I keep receiving soggy sandwiches even though I have the condiment sauce on the side in a packet. The only reason I can think of that would cause the sandwich to be so soggy is they don't use a slotted spoon when doling out the ingredients that are sitting in a water base such as olives, banana peppers etc. The bread is so soggy and dripping liquids making the sandwich messy and less tasty.”

“Had this company come out and do some repair work on my AC ducts. Not only did they do the repairs at a fair cost and in good time, but pointed out some of the issues I was having and what they could do to solve them. I had them come back a few months later and they changed out much of my ductwork, added a new vent in the closet where I installed my network gear to keep it nice and cool, and made sure the system was functioning properly. I now have a cool house - even at the far end where I was having issues. Would use again!”

“Wonderful experience with Paul and his crew! This is our first winter in FL and my husband and I decided we wanted to heat our pool so we could enjoy it year round. From my first google search it was clear that Palm Tree Pool was well liked in the community. Paul came out the same day we called to assess if the heater we wanted would be a good choice, and everything was promptly ordered and installed! I’ve been out to check the water temperature a few times since they left, and we can’t wait to jump in with the kiddos and enjoy the pool all winter long. The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and he even gave me a special he was running that I didn't even know to ask for. They'll text you when certain items arrive if you ask, and their mailbox rental was less than what I was paying at a UPS store (which also had less than stellar customer service).”
