Vue on Lake Monroe

Awesome apartment complex! The leasing office is on top of their communication. The property is always clean. The amenities are amazing. No other apartment in the area can compare in my opinion :)

Living here for a few months has been a great experience. The people are friendly, the lake in front of the community is beautiful, and a lot of nice places near by. The team here have been nothing but great. Keep up the good work!

This is the best place I’ve lived at, the lake view in the morning on my way to work is amazing the sunrise over the water makes you feel like your at the beach, almost makes me want to go to work just to drive past it. The staff is always very professional and welcoming. In particular I wanted to thank Tatiana she has been very attentive from the day I came to check out the apartments. The units are beautiful and everything is brand new. The maintenance crew responds quickly to any minor inconvenience and the community is very clean and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this community to anybody looking for a new place.

I want to thank the team managing and taking care of the property. I don't have any complaints and I've been a tenant since the second building was built. A perfect place to live, with literally everything close by. Stay here and you'll enjoy a peaceful time. Also everything good is in walking distance. Plus the hospital is your neighbor! I recommend 10/10.

My experience at The VUE has been a place of Peace of mind for me, it has given me joy has provided me with easy access to all my needs what I like most is that everything is at my fingertips the layout of the apartment meets all my needs. The maintenance of the property is worked on, on a daily basis and service calls that I make they are dealt with promptly and all the residents are very pleasant. Anyone looking for best place in Sanford on the riverfront I recommend The Vue
