“Rachel was terrific! I meet with her several times leading up to my wedding to measure and do various fittings. Then with only a few months to go decided i wanted to add sleeves to my strapless dress! She designed three different options based on the several pictures i sent her. She later brought me in to try on all three different sleeve options until I picked one i loved. She was patient and easy to work with and i would totally recommend her to anyone!”

“Had an emergency where my shower would not turn off. Chris told me over the phone how to shut off my water and scheduled an appointment to fix the shower the following morning. I was unable to shut off the water and in my panic he agreed to come over immediately and fix the problem. 30 mins later he came over and not only fixed my broken shower cartridge but also how to turn off my water on my own in the case of future emergencies. And what would you know it was much more simple than what I was doing with the main water valve. Thank you so much for coming over even though you were spending time with your family. Chris is truly an amazingly compassion step person! I highly recommend”
