Everyone was nice and helpful, but I want to give a special shoutout to Sohn at breakfast! He was so kind, gave a full rundown of everything available at breakfast when I arrived, helped me as I made my plate, and even walked with me to the elevator to push the buttons because my hands were full with my plate and beverage. His warm, joyful energy in the morning gave my day the perfect start!”

“The Lofts is. great place to live and so much so that I have decided to move back. Marcus was a big reason for that as he has always looked out for me and made sure I was well taken care of with any service request I had. Marcus was well aware of the previous issue I had with the past property manager. Marcus assured me the gentleman no longer worked there and if I did decide to move back it would be smooth sailing with no issues. Marcus was right, he saw to it that I got squared away on a new lease. Ms. Nicole did my paperwork and she was very nice and made me feel welcomed. I have been here now since last summer and I have legit had nothing but nice encounters and gotten the very best treatment ever. One day it was raining and I was without an umbrella, they literally came to my car and escorted me under an umbrella just so I would not get rained upon. I tell that story because they are really committed to going above and beyond and they deserve more than 5 starts”
