It was a great decision for me at the time to leave traditional high school and complete school here. They have alternative schedules, great teachers, and lots of options to help students of all different types, including remediation without judgment or negativity and dual-enrollment to take college courses while earning a diploma. You can go from Student to ATP in one place and for WAY less money. Right now there are 12 aircraft and 150 members so there's always a plane to fly when you want it. “Ms. Veronica is the best tutor you will ever meet! She has been tutoring my son for a couple years now, and he has come so far, due to her amazing skills. She uses a variety of techniques to teach each child how they learn best. She has over 20 years of teaching experience including speech/language training and does great with kids with learning disabilities such as mine. I remember the first session my son had with her, I mentioned I had been trying to get him to memorize his tens, to make counting easier, for over a year because memory was so incredibly difficult for him. In less than ten minutes she had taught him, and I was in tears. She used several methods simultaneously to help him (song, writing it out on paper, pointing to them while singing, explaination, tapping for rhythm, etc). He was a year behind when they started and now he is on grade level. She has also worked on his speech with him, and he has improved enough that he no longer needs speech therapy at school. In this time, I have gotten to know her, and the volunteer work she does to help her community. She is just an amazing person! She is also flexible with her schedule, and always willing to reschedule when something comes up. You won’t find another tutor of this quality.”
