“Overall this is a fantastic community. I have recently moved in and the leasing staff have been fantastic at every point and are extremely communicative. They are also super welcoming. Noise: [4/5] -- Expect your typical apartment noise. Children, heavy footsteps, etc. Neighbors seem to be respectful during quiet hours. So far, nothing extremely bad. Maintenance: [5/5] -- Everyone is nice and quick to work on any issues. Amenities: [4.5/5] -- Better than the average apartment, but not the best, either. Overall, everything is great and nothing is really in bad condition. Grounds: [5/5] -- The grounds keeping crew here does a fantastic job. I rarely see pet waste (there are also a lot of conveniently placed pet waste areas). This is a fantastic change from my old place where very few people would pick up their pet waste! Overall: [4.5/5] -- If you have quiet neighbors or enjoy a relatively quiet community with decent amenities and good maintenance staff, it's a great place to live. I'll update this review if anything changes!”

“This is the best place I’ve lived at, the lake view in the morning on my way to work is amazing the sunrise over the water makes you feel like your at the beach, almost makes me want to go to work just to drive past it. The staff is always very professional and welcoming. In particular I wanted to thank Tatiana she has been very attentive from the day I came to check out the apartments. The units are beautiful and everything is brand new. The maintenance crew responds quickly to any minor inconvenience and the community is very clean and peaceful. “I am so excited about moving into The Blake Apartments. It’s located in a very nice suburban area of Winter Springs. I selected The Gimlet model, for me personally it felt very cozy and homey. The property is so beautifully kept and clean which means they have a reliable maintenance staff. The staff in the office were so helpful in the application process and whenever I called with questions they were so accommodating and friendly. I can’t wait to move into my new home.”

“We had multiple issues with our roof. Mgc roofing was quick to respond, gave us a fair price, and completed their work in a very short time frame. We are currently doing construction and renovation on multiple areas of our hotel. It was a relief that such an important aspect of that (the roof) was completed in less than a week and done with quality work.”

“I stopped by here to see if they would be able to put lens in frames I have for a full face mask used for scuba diving. I had already been told no from several other locations, including well know corporate companies, so my expectations were low since they were a private clinic. The receptionist was super friendly and had Rico help me immediately. Not only did Rico assure me that they could get them done for me, he also guaranteed I would have them in time for my trip! The staff is a breath of fresh air! They’re hilarious, inviting, and knowledgeable. The lens worked out great for my mask! It made my dives that much better not having to worry about wearing contact lens. I couldn’t be happier or more grateful. I almost didn’t even stop and check them out and now I will be changing eye doctors! Thank you!! 🤿”

“Really nice hotel. There was 4 of us and the room was so nice. Lots of room and very clean. Has full kitchen with plates, glasses and silverware. Everything you need right there. Only issue we had was low water pressure in the shower. Other than that I would recommend it to anyone.”
