Ms. Sheila made me very comfortable and she was very detailed with explaining the gate access, the way I would have to drive up to my storage (it’s in a tight spot in a corner) and she also help me out with a pad lock. We had a heart to heart moment in the office and I really appreciated the listening ear. I’d also like to mention that she loaned me her charger because my phone died.
