“I've been running since 1974 and, over the years, I've suffered three rather serious knee injuries. I've always recovered without surgery, but the rehab periods have been long. The last one, about 4 years ago, took me 18 months to get over. So recently, when I started having knee pain again, I immediately transitioned to walking. But then Lakshmi hooked me up with a pair of Kangoo Jumps and some coaching. After an initial try we made a simple spring change to soften them a bit. Then, with the right springs in place, she got me acclimated to them and prepared me to try a run. Last weekend, I hit the local fitness trail and turned two, three-mile runs... COMPLETELY WITHOUT DISCOMFORT. If you've got a bit of knee pain keeping you from a good workout, give Lakshmi and Kangoo Jumps a try. You will be pleasantly surprised!”

Her deep tissue technique was very very good. The appearance of the spa was awesome and everything from scheduling my appointment, to the receptionists at the front desk, to getting my massage, all the way through checkout was perfection. I actually joined the membership and have been a repeat customer here for months now and I kept meaning to leave this review but my massage brain always made me forget when I was checking out.
