(Front desk supervisor) He gave me brochures for the spa and hotel, and he gave me a full tour of the facility. He was fantastic and professional. He was thorough and told me all about the place. He showed me the pool area, dining area, room types, and views. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. That kind of service makes all the difference in the hotel you choose to spend your 3-day weekend. I will definitely be staying here. It exceeded my expectations of class and quality. 💯”

“What's not to love? The pampering, the attentiveness of the staff, is super! But really, $80 for a "spa" manicure? What about $11 to add chicken to a $16 salad? It was lovely day and I also got another service, and my nails looked great after, but it's lasting about as long as a "regular" nail salon manicure. I loved everything about being there, but they could slightly reduce what they charge and still do a wonderful amount of business. It was crowded the day I was there. I commend the staff for their friendliness and kindness, but I'll likely not return.”
