“My boyfriend and I love this sandwich shop! It is a cute, small sandwich shop with the perfect food for a beach day. We love stopping here after trips to the beach. Their sandwiches and smoothies are delicious (we have tried several different ones). This place is a little dated on the inside and could use some updates to the decor + a little cleaning, but the food is good. We didn’t experience any issues with the staff. We will continue coming here when we’re in Ponte Vedra.”

We moved from the West Coast to the East Coast right before a catastrophic pandemic hit our world. Needless to say finding fellowship and brotherhood was a difficult task until we found Roots Church. Roots Church and our journey to become closer to Jesus Christ has openned many doors for us. The Church has many social events, friendship outings as well as Bible Study groups and ways of connecting people. I find joy and pleasure to serve and be apart of this wonderful Christian community. “Did Cryotherapy for the first time yesterday. I felt great for several hours after the 3 minutes in the chamber. It is amazing that in only 3 minutes you can have that kind of impact. I had some swelling in my elbow that was noticeably reduced after just the one time. I understand a lot of top athletes do this type of therapy and now I know why.
