“Did Cryotherapy for the first time yesterday. I felt great for several hours after the 3 minutes in the chamber. It is amazing that in only 3 minutes you can have that kind of impact. I'm old and retired now but thanks to Jeff my grandkids can look at the 2 trophies and see pics of "grampy" when he could hit it 400 yards. Now only 330. Exercise, but does not feel like you are working out! I wish we had Jazzercise in Waycross, Georgia. I only get to do this on the weekend, that is if I am in Jacksonville, FL. But whenever, however times I come In, I am welcomed. I love that different ages of women join Jazzercise. It’s made for every women who likes music and dance.”
